We take care of all our orders with much love and we really hope this does not happen, and we do apologize if you receive a damaged item. If this happens to you, Please send us and email (support@septemberloveshop.com) within 48 hours of delivery, and include pictures of your damaged item and your order number and we will do our best to accommodate.
We aim for all emails to be answered within 24 hours.
You can cancel at any time by emailing to support@septemberloveshop.com, you will receive an email confirming the refund and should see the money back in your account within 3-5 business days.

Returns within the U.S. are accepted if postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we start working together. You give The Pink Studio permission to process payment which is non-refundable. You understand the specifics of the services offered, and agree dissatisfaction with the services will not result in a refund. You understand I do not guarantee you will earn money, acquire followers, or see results using the techniques and strategies taught through the consulting services, although they have been proven to be successful in the past.
